Allah ysalmek is like God bless/ also a form of thanking someone.. like if you say salamtak (get well soon) the response is Allah yslmek

I can forget about that heartache-thing, but what means: to spare her/his heart from "pain" (يعنى to reprieve sb. sth. ... )...what about جنّب???

oh and my spanish-arabic-dict says for heartache (lovesickness) something like معاناة في القلب
