Looking for arabic songs & translation

Hey everyone,
I was listening to a cd at my restaurant, and its an old burned copy of Amr Diab's songs, its not his Nour el ein album but it does have that song

anyway they're 2 songs on there that im looking for

one goes, leela leela leela mem omri (sorry if it isnt correct)

and the other is a really old song, it goes like
zaya habibi ya omri or something like that (my friend told me he is talking about a home he shares with his lover (?)

and another song which sounds new, it goes like

habibi ya albi anaakk or something

so sorry if the lyrics are off, but they've been in my head for weeks now, and i really want to know what he's saying (and get the song :P)
