Default Al Dino - Odkud Ti To translation molim vas!

    Odkud ti to
odkud ti rijeci sto sam davno rekao
tada jos nisam znao sta sam postao
odkud ti to da sam ja bas to
i lijek i otrov kada treba
ono sto pada samo s neba
    kao gladnom komad hljeba
    na tvojoj rani kocka leda
    nije sve k'o sto izgleda

    Odkud ti to
da nikad nisam rukom suze brisao
tada sam bolje tugu smijehom skrivao
odkud ti to da ne znam za bol

Ja sam bas ono sto si htjela
    covjek sa hiljadu odijela
    u prazno odapeta strijela
    sto nikad metu nije srela
    bas tebi je srce probola

    Sad ti sva vrata otvaram
    nikad ih niko ne otvara
udji i pronadji moju dusu u sehari
    tebe je u mraku cekala

    Povij je u bijelo
    privij je uz svoje tijelo
kao majka sto je dijete pronasla

    Default Why Do You Think

Odkud Ti To* / Why Do You Think

Odkud ti to / Where from did you find
odkud ti rijeci sto sam davno rekao / where from did you find the words I had said long time ago
tada jos nisam znao sta sam postao / back then I still didn't know who I became
odkud ti to da sam ja bas to / why do you think that I am exactly that [I don't how this sound in English!]
i lijek i otrov kada treba / I could be either a cure or a poison
ono sto pada samo s neba / what falls from heaven
kao gladnom komad hljeba / like a bread to the hungry
na tvojoj rani kocka leda / like an ice cube on your wound
nije sve k'o sto izgleda / things are not what they seem (to be)

Odkud ti to / Why do you think
da nikad nisam rukom suze brisao / that I have never wiped the tears away ("with my hand")
tada sam bolje tugu smijehom skrivao / back then I was better in laughing which was to hide my sadness
odkud ti to da ne znam za bol / Why do you think that I don't know what pain is

Ja sam bas ono sto si htjela / I am (was) what you exactly needed/ wanted
covjek sa hiljadu odijela / a man with thousand outfits/suits
u prazno odapeta strijela / discharged arrow like a wild shot
sto nikad metu nije srela / (a wild shot) which missed the target ("never met the target")
bas tebi je srce probola / (that arrow) stabbed your heart

Sad ti sva vrata otvaram / All my doors are open for you
nikad ih niko ne otvara / no one ever opens them
udji i pronadji moju dusu u sehari / come in and find/discover my soul in sehara**
tebe je u mraku cekala / (there) my soul was waiting for you

Povij je u bijelo / Wrap it in white
privij je uz svoje tijelo / nestle it up against you/your body
kao majka sto je dijete pronasla / like a mother who has found her baby

    * I had to translate "odkud (otkud is correct) ti to" in two ways
    **sehara - you're a Turk? You know what's this.
chest=a large strong box, usually made of wood, used for storing things

I am not satisfied with my translation, but I guess it will help you.

Mmmm.... well, my dictionary says - sehara, turkish word, piece of furniture - it's like a coffer, case, box, bin... used in the past.

The time before morning is... "pre svitanja" in our language.
    Never mind, gule gule!

Binbir gece? Then everything started... Sehrazat (Šeherezada) i Onur were given 100.000 euros to be guests in one TV show, did you know? !!!!! I liked it because the main actors were architects. (It's in fashion to be an architect....) And I can tell you I laughed how they presented her career, because in reality, it's very different... that's why it was a soap... simply impossible.

I watch sometimes "Forbidden fruit" (Aşk-ı memnu) - it exists in Serbian Wikipedia! - just to watch that posh house, furniture, their cloths, hairstyles... and how depressed they are! So unrealistic...

    @Džomba: Gde je taj forum?
