Verse one:
Everything that once felt like something;
now feels like nothing.
Trust was once a good friend of mine;
but now its traded for a bag of lies.
What comes together must fall apart.
Chorus:
I needed every part of you.
But you gave me nothing to hold onto.
I'm slowly slipping away.
Search for the words you need to say,
so we can bandage up the wounds.
Verse two:
Everything that once felt like lightning;
now feels like thunder.
Instead of going ahead; always falling under.
There's no truth inside a heart.
What comes together must fall apart.
Chorus:
I needed every part of you.
But you gave me nothing to hold onto.
I'm slowly slipping away.
Search for the words you need to say,
so we can bandage up the wounds.
Bridge:
What comes together must fall apart
There's no mending this broken heart
I should've known right from the start
You'd leave me here sitting in the dark
What comes together must fall apart
What comes together must fall apart

very fine, Traingirl. Your look at life from all corners is so surprisingly colourful . Love it<3 -

Sounds like an outtake from Rumours, you know that famous album by Fleetwood Mac. Stevie Nicks singing the verses, Lindsey Buckingham the chorus, both of them singing the bridge. (in other words: it's a great song)
