opera QATARI HABIBY

Hello for Allthelyrics community, I listened to a new song that talk about Qatar, it's a mini Opera in a TV Show, could anybody translate the lyrics for me?

Sorry, but I don't think that this can ever be translated ..
It contains insults for Qatar "which deserves all love for its great efforts around the world" ..
That's all what I can say!
