If you don't know, how get in your posted messages, then there's this way:
Click on: your Nickname (mandm)
Click on: View Public Profile
Click on: Find all posts by mandm
Click there on your posts (the red links), and they take you directly to your post. In your case it is the first one, named " hayedeh"

Apart from what lollipop explained, you can also click on User CP (at the top of each forum page) and there you will see "New Subscribed Threads" <- all the threads where you posted and that had replies afterwards
