Sorry to jump in again Ligeia it's becoming a bad habit but how on earth 'quanti non ne vuoi piu dire' means 'how many do you want to hide' I mean where's the word 'hide' ? & another thing I see here 'non ho saputo dir di no' is it wrong to say 'non ho saputo dire no' & while we're at it 'non ho saputo' doesn't mean 'I didn't know' ? & the last thing 'certo che tu no,non sei la prima,e di certo no,non sei la più serena' why we need 'di' here?

'quanti non ne vuoi piu dire' is a sentence that doesn't make much sense, literally it's "how many (years) you don't want to tell anymore",...
"non dire i propri anni/la propria età" or "nascondere i propri anni/la propria età" means simply "don't want say to someone how old are you" or "hide your age"/"lie about your age"

"non ho saputo dire no" it's the same as "non ho saputo dire no"
"sapere" can be translated with "know", "be able to" "can", depending on the context
In this case he says that he couldn't say her no for reasons of his own, .
ex. "Non so che fare" (I don't know what to do)
"Non so suonare il piano" (I can't play the piano)

Technically "di certo" here could have been used even without "di", the meaning would have been the same. "Certo, certamente, di certo, certo che" are all adverbs and they can be translated with "certainly, of course, surely".
