Why do Arabic when transliterated are using numbers?

I mean like

Oula they translate 2oulah
5ayfa instead of Khayfa
7alas instead of Halas

Please what is reason why there is number in the Arabic language

It's because it makes it easier to pronounce the word right.

3 looks like a ع so it makes a 3een sound, so when saying 3ainy its easier than saying ainy.. cuz some words have different meanings and only pronouncing the with the right letters would make much more sense.

so it goes,

3= ع
2= ء
5= خ
7= ح

and so on, you can see that they "kind of" look close to each other.

6arab it means Aaaaaarab

5yfa means aaaaayfa (and the kh means silents so do not read just like p in psychic)

you must hear properly the first letter of the word

I learned from it later on, My eardrum told me so

some letters in arabic dosnt use in english

3 about A or E my name is ali - 3li

5 about KH my name is khaled - 5aled

6 about T my name is tareq - 6areq

7 about H my name is hasan - 7asan - mo7amad like this

8 about Q my name is qais - 8ais
