Ok... this was posted like a year ago, but it's the only place that has the same lyrics that I'm looking for.

The song's lyrics are the same as what coco said, but I'm pretty sure it's not called "boom boom clap" because everything I look up on "boom boom clap" is rap, not the poppy girly sound of the song that I'm thinking of.

Does anyone know artist name, perhaps?
