Anyone?
Unfortunately I don't have any idea of what this piece is..
Sounds like some older Eric Clapton, Traffic, Derek and the Dominos............... Especially the organ and the drums; the "party atmosphere" human noises really throw me off unless it was from a live event of which I'm not aware. Is that the whole recording you have?
Hi! Thanks for answering!
The "human noises" have nothing to do with the music. I took the audio from a TV show: Dave Mirra BMX Tour 2002 (I think.. or something like this). I wasn't even watching the show but I heard the tune amidst all skate punk and was pleasantly surprised. It wasn't a live performance and the music was just there for "atmospheric" purposes.
logan1, what would your best guess be?
I just can't get it. Don't quit this forum. I ran it through (the link) some other folks who will probably nail it within the next hours as they're getting home from work.
wow! thanks for the help, I truly appreciate it.
Are there lyrics at the beginning of the sound clip or just background voices?
It sounds like "can you run this in" or "the candy run is in" followed by "everybody run".
Them that can, do; them that can't... memorize Artist and Title
No answer yet I still think it's Eric Clapton or earlier Derek and The Dominos from the "Layla and Other Assorted Love Songs" album. You might try contacting the folks at Little Steven's Underground Garage @ Little Steven's Underground Garage Home Page Menu
They're classics oriented. If I get an answer, I'll post it here; you do the same please.
Anyone?
I still don't have any idea what this piece is..
