I can't believe I'm teaching romanian now!!! And I was just about to take another greek course, but I owe you so much that I take it as an honour to answer your questions.

I am - eu sunt. The same like in greek, you don't have to use the pronoun before the verb, as the verb has different forms for each person.
You are(as in you-singular)- Tu eşti

Vă rog = σας παρακαλώ(pl)

Te rog = σε παρακαλώ(sg)

şi = και

Vă mulţumesc = σας ευχαριστώ

Îţi mulţumesc = σ'ευχαριστώ

The same like in greek we use "mulţumesc" alone like "ευχαριστώ". We use "vă" / "îţi" the same way you use σας/σε: to emphasize the thanking.

De la mine pentru tine = Απο μενα για σενα
