it's called μνημόσυνο. The intervals you mentioned are the same here except the last one of every year, only who wants that does that every year. There is a holiday (the celebration of the dead) , that we go to the cemetery, but there is no priest with us to "read" the dead (read for his soul practically)

As for your third question, I have to ask a friend (I'm a sinner like all of you ).

Oh and there are some people that during Σαρακοστή they don't eat also oil (they never explained to me why exactly they do that to themselves)

The holiday regarding the celebration of the dead, is on a Saturady called "the Saturday of the deads". As for priests, our cemeteries are full of priests(alive priests I mean! lol! I AM a sinner!!!) and it's our choice if we call one at the grave to "read".

And this μνημόσυνο also implies a meal, offered at home, a meal that you share with the ones in the family and whoever else you may want to call? Cause here, these "comemorations" are always followed by a meal.
