Hi Gozde. Well, no. A man or woman who is "dispuesto a todo" will just do whatever it takes to achieve its goal, whatever it is. It means to be determined in some sense then. I mean, you might be ready to play soccer, but would you do whatever it takes to play soccer? would you risk your life? There's a difference.

You are right but there are some missing parts:
despacio despacio comienzas a entender=slowly slowly you'll start to understand (the english translation of the song in Shakira's official website.)

adentro adentro te vas quedando=inside inside you'Re going to stay

also in Shakira's website, the translation is ''i m ready for anything my love''
so it does not have much importance i think

Well. I certainly do not take in consideration "official translations" to do this job and the main reason is because they can do whatever they want with the original lyrics in order to make a nice image for new markets.
