I dont recognize this lyrics but I've corrected it a little to someone maybe could identify it

Hang on, I reckon it may really be something written by your ex himself, because there's a line where he mentions something about a memorable afternoon of april, and you said you first kissed in that month!

Also, I don't recognize those verses to be from any song (but who can be sure? there are milliions out there!)
