Angry Can't seem to find this Coldplay kind of sounding song..

I was at a Barnes and Noble the other day and It started off like "This is for the lonely.." which I think then talks about trying and trying. Later it goes on about "This is for the faithless" then I draw a blank. It's played with some acoustic guitar and some mellow background music. :{ I did my best to remember it, but I loved the song..

My wild guess is "Lonely People" by America

This is for all the lonely people
Thinking that life has passed them by
Dont give up until you drink from the silver cup
And ride that highway in the sky

This is for all the single people
Thinking that love has left them dry
Dont give up until you drink from the silver cup
You never know until you try

    Well, Im on my way
    Yes, Im back to stay
Well, Im on my way back home (hit it)

This is for all the lonely people
Thinking that life has passed them by
Dont give up until you drink from the silver cup
And never take you down or never give you up
You never know until you try
Them that can, do; them that can't... memorize Artist and Title

Jars of Clay has a cover of America's "Lonely People"

Also try "For The Restless" by Tom McRae
