No, porque Allah significa literalmente "El Dios" (es decir El Unico Dios)... una opción sería tal vez "Rab", que es el equivalente de "Señor" en español.

i remembered that we use rab or god in very rare cases
like if we say ya rab (god), or ya rab-bi (my god)

1. yeah we use the word rb ( رب) its not about islam here
its about how arabic language is so deep and every word
has a similar or a synonymous
like any language
