the "i" is used for male for female it would be "e"
so.. ti je me E MIRA
or naten e mire E dashur..

unless that was you saying that to him and i got confused
but you asked to have those lines translated from albanian to english so i figured he was saying them lol or maybe its a typo idk

i think she wanted to say that to her Albanian boyfriend that's why its masulin : )
