    She likes him.( as a friend)-(Él) le cae bien.
    She likes him. ( attracted to)-(Él) le gusta.
    He likes her.( as a friend)-(Ella) le cae bien.
    He likes her.( he is attracted to her)-(Ella) le gusta.
    Mary likes John.( as a friend)- A Mary le cae bien John.
    Mary likes John. ( Mary is attracted to John)- A Mary le gusta John.
    I like John.( as a friend)- Me cae bien John/ John me cae bien
    I like John. ( I'm attracted to John)-Me gusta John/ John me gusta.
    John likes me.( as a friend)- (Yo) le caigo bien a John.
    John likes me. ( John is attracted to me)-. (Yo) le gusto a John.
    We like him. ( as a friend)- (Él) nos cae bien.
    We like him. ( we find him attractive)- (Él) nos gusta ()
    We don't like him. ( as a friend)- (Él) no nos cae bien/ no nos simpatiza.
    We don't like him. ( we don't find him attractive.)-(Él) no nos gusta.
    They like us. ( as friends)-(Nos.) les caemos bien/les simpatizamos/les agradamos.
    They like us. ( they find us attractive)-(Nos.) les gustamos (a ellos)
    Do you (uds) like them? Do you ( plural) like them as friends)-¿Les caen bien?
    Do you (uds) like them? ( Are you (plural) attracted to them)-¿Les gustan?
    She likes chocolate.-(A ella) le gusta el chocolate.
    She dosen't like chocolate.-(A ella) no le gusta el chocolate.
    I like your mother. ( as a friend)- Me cae bien/me agrada/ me simpatiza tu mamá.
    I like your mother.( I'm attracted to your mother)- Me gusta tu mamá ()
    Does your brother like me?( as a friend)-¿Le caigo bien/le agrado/le simpatizo a tu hermano?
    Does your brother like me? ( Is your brother attracted to me.)-¿Le gusto a tu hermano?

    It is suddenly starting to make some sense to me. LOL :-)
    I needed to see these sentences next to each other to "get" the construction.
    I'm not 100% there yet, but this little exercise has helped tremendously!!!!
    Seeing these sentences together I can see the construction for a sentence using "caer bien" is the same as for using "gustar"
    If I translate these sentences literally I get this sentence construction.
    Keeping in mind that "le*" can mean, to him, to her , or to you (formal)
    I am putting a * next to le to indicate that the meaning of le changes from one sentence to another.
    Do you like me? (as a friend)-¿Te caigo bien?= To you I fall well?
    Do you like me?( attracted to)-¿Te gusto?= to you I am pleasing?
    She likes him.( as a friend)-(Él) le* cae bien. He to her* falls well.
    She likes him. ( attracted to)-(Él) le* gusta. He to her is* pleasing.
    He likes her.( as a friend)-(Ella) le* cae bien. Her to him* falls well
    He likes her.( he is attracted to her)-(Ella) le* gusta. Her to him* is pleasing.

    Actually this little exercise has also shed a lot of light on the use of "le", it is a very difficult concept for English speakers to "get".
    I'm sure I'll be back for more clarification but I think I'm getting the idea, finally!!

    Yeah I know the literal translation is VERY strange LOL
    Sometimes I have to translate literally to see how a sentence in spanish is constructed. Spanish is a VERY different language!
    I'm getting the idea but I'm not sure of how to say
    I like you. (Attracted to)
    I like you. ( as a friend)
    I don't like you. ( attracted to)
    I don't like you. ( as a friend)

    I like you (attracted to)= me gustas
    I like you (as a friend)= me caes bien
    I don't like you (attracted to)= no me gustas
    I don't like you (as a friend)= no me caes bien (ouch!!)

    I don't think there is a ghetto Puerto Rican way to say I love you....it's as simple as 'Te amo' or 'estoy enamorada de ti' 'tu sabes que yo te amo' Stuff like that....
