My translation is very rough, I translated directly line by line, to see the word structure. Now, when I look it again, I realize how bad it is! But text of the song is a bit strange, too.

Jos ti se nadam - I still have a hope for you, it can't be translated like this, I guess. I expect, anticipate you is the meaning of the title.

it's a song from a festival so it's not on a cd.any music download program should find it, it's popular.if not look here www.domaci.de
