I see that this song is in the Bulgarian&Macedonian topic.. but because of the word srbije in the title I thought that this song was from Serbian. That`s why I post it here.
But is Funky G from Macedonian???

Hmm I think Funky G is Serbian . I posted the title in Macedonian forum because of Vrcak ,he is Macedonian."the first part with the verses is on Serbian the last one is probably the part from Vrcak sung on Macedonian" I asked your question to Lydia and the answer was it. So this song is a combination

Mmm Macedonian is closer to Bulgarian both words and grammar.I personally understand everything in Macedonian without any translation.
I wonder why Slovenian isn't here.It's closer to the Serbo-Croation group than to Czech-Slovak.
And for the song- it has a pretty cool text.I'm realy becoming keen on Funky G's songs

Well I must confess that (with my Serbo-Croatian ears lol) I equally understand Bulgarian and Slovenian <- just a bit, while I understand Macedonian a little better
But of course that probably has nothing to do with anything logical lol and my comment was only related to Ex Yu languages and not to anything linguistic wise

I, with my Bulgarian ears ,understand quite a lot in Serbian but this is cause of listening to Serbian music Some words in Serbian sound very funny in the Bulgarian ears but i guess it would be the same with Bulgarian words in Serbian ones ..

anyway, well done ,Serbians and Macedonians..ur song became one of my favourites we have the same word "veshtica" and it's witch again.. but I couldn't get what "pilula" means.some drink?

Pilula means pill, she has slipped some kind of 'magical' pink pill in his drink that made him crazy about her.
