Profe querida, ya que estamos en esto de las conjugaciones: ¿Cómo se hace el negativo en egipcio?
Porque he oído decir por ejemplo:" mosh 3aref" مش أعرف .
Pero el otro día me escribiste que lo que en árabe clásico es "laa taquli" لا تقولي en egipcio es "ma taqulish" ما تقوليش .
Entonces ¿cuándo uso "mosh" y cuándo "ma" con los verbos? y la "shin" al final es solo para el femenino ¿o también para el masculino y el plural?
Graciaaaaas por adelantado“If cats looked like frogs we'd realize what nasty, cruel little bastards they are. Style. That's what people remember.” ― Terry Pratchett. -

Espera la lección... (sin preposición).
Esperar a + sustantivo propio (personas): Estoy esperando a mi hermana. Zahra esperó a Ingrid por dos horas. ¡Esperame aquí!
Espero + sustantivo común: Espero el verano con alegría. La niña espera la hora de ir al parque a jugar.“If cats looked like frogs we'd realize what nasty, cruel little bastards they are. Style. That's what people remember.” ― Terry Pratchett. -
hi again
i heard before that 20% of spanish in originaly came from arabic language
is it true?
i heard also that every word starting with EL it's originaly arabic word
any way what is the words which is similar in arabic and spanish?
same like: THOR = BULL, i know it's THOR in spanish also, is it correct? or maybe TORO
and same like: ZAYTONAH = olive tree
is there many words same like that? -
Hey! how are you Superjordan?
I don't know how high is the percentaje of spanish words that are derived from arabic, but they are certainly quite a few. I found once a website about it; but I don't have the link anymore. If I manage to find it I'll post it here though.
I don't know either if all the words with "el/al" at the beginning are arabic; but at least some of them are, eg "almohada" (pillow), "ázucar" (sugar), alcázar (fortress), aceite (oil), aceituna (olive) etc.
Yes, bull=toro in spanish“If cats looked like frogs we'd realize what nasty, cruel little bastards they are. Style. That's what people remember.” ― Terry Pratchett. -
Hi again Superjordan!
I found two sites with lists of spanish words of arabic origin. I know that it probaly won't tell you much... but you can have a look just for fun:
http://arabespanol.org/andalus/palabras.htm
http://www.juntadeandalucia.es/averr...ocab-arabe.htm
According to a certain study, 6% -or 1285 words- of spanish vocabulary comes from arabic (or 1285 words). Here's the link (it's only in spanish though):
