'Ne zabravyaj!' means 'Don't forget!'
About the letters - we write:
Ш - *sh, **6
Щ - *sht, **6t
Ъ - *y, **a
Ч - *ch, **4
Ц - *ts, **tc, **c, **z
Ж - *zh, **j
Я - *ya, **ia, **q
Ю - *yu, **iu, **u
Й - *j, **i
because they are specific and have no equivalent in Latin letters.
* According to the standarts; Formal usage (documents); The right variant
** Spoken/written language; Informal usage (chats and forums); The wrong variant
C'est la vie!
Ш is 6 because 6 is шест
I'm stronger than the tricks played on your heart. We look at them together then we take 'em apart. Adding up the total of a love that's true, multiply life by the power of two.
And, respectively, Ч is 4 because 4 is четири
I thought ч was 4 because ч looks kind of like a 4.

Yep, this is also true. Anyway, both 4 and 6 are not oficially used according to the Transliteration Act: http://www.ciela.netFreeStateGazette...4B07F3&idstr=0
