I haven't heard this expression in Spanish before, but the colour 'blue' has a positive connotation, e.g. nature: blue skies, ocean, etc., also a symbol of protection, considered a soothing & calming colour, but it is also associated with depression, 'I am feeling blue' means 'I'm unhappy'. The sentence in question however, does sound positive, so I would translate it literally, but not sure that the expression would be equally meaningful in Spanish as is in English:
let life be wrapped in blue…let life be blue, let me put my hands in my pockets, may life be in my hands "
Deja que la vida se envuelva en azul (as in happiness/joy), deja que la vida sea azul (as an ocean), deja que ponga mis manos en mis bolsillos, que la vida este en mis manos (as in being in control of one's life/destiny perhaps).
