Yeah, the only word that would change in this is 'mujer' to 'hombre'

Hay una mujer, que domina mis sentidos con solo tocar mi piel (there's a woman, that dominates my sences with only a touch of my skin) so you would change 'mujer' (woman) to 'hombre' (man)
