It's that you don't invite anyone to dance
y casi ninguna tienen novio
and almost non of them has boyfriend.
Pero tú ni tratas de hacerlo
Why don't you try to do it
cómo vas a aprender si no tratas
How are you going to learn if you don't try
chinga tu madre puto
It's an insult to your mother indeed... could be: son of b***h

yeah i see they are using these words like bad i mean i thought there was no way to write in such bad spanish but from these translations it's like some of it doesn't make sense i don't get it!! and these people know 100% how to speak the spanish in person i guess when they write it idk =/
x3.:EsCaRliN:.x3
it's mostly friends of mine that are dominican but sometimes it's like ecuadorians also i've noticed when i've gotten the translations of what they say and if i write in good spanish to them they don't understand me and say i talk bad spanish but when they talk they are talking bad spanish it confuses me who is talking in good spanish or not =/

I see the same with the son of a friend of mine here... And what wonders me the more, is that the oldest of them writes worst than the younger. So it's not related to age... I think it's like a "convenience" or maybe just laziness, they won't learn or pay attention... I have to confess that when I left my secondary school, 2 or 3 years later, I realized that I really used to write with some grammar mistakes, not like those ones LOL, but put a c where it goes an s, or v where it goes a b.. But, I did realize too, if I was able to detect them while reading, that meant that I knew the rules and the grammar, it was just that I did not pay attention. Since then, I tried to pay attention when I write... But sometimes I'm too tired and I don't see my mistakes, it's like I were sleepy... And when I see my mistakes, in both of the languages (Spanish and English), I want to punch myself
.
How ever, I think young people really don't care about grammar...I hope they will realize one day it's not that hard to write well, and it'so important to do it well, because it talks about you at the time to find a job (imagine a presentation letter in PC or handwriting with that kind of mistake, I'd probably not accept the person, it depends of the kind of work of course.)

Yeah true that i agree with it but it's hard to tell which is correct and what wasn't like somebody like me but i'm starting to learn more than i was so hopefully i'm able to write in good spanish but it's different with the countries because different words for different meanings it confuses me lol.

They talk weird for me.. I've realized they "collapse" not just words, they collapse two words in one sometimes, because they talk very fast and it seems to be a custom in some places of Centro América. And they write in the same way they speak, collapsing. So I can accept un "yo no voy pa lo de Nestor", but I can't stand with the bigger mistakes like: "aser" instead of "hacer"...
The Spanish that Zahra, Citlalli, Xiurell, Istanbulgal and I write (and maybe somebody else) is the correct one, the Spanish of the books, and very similar to the Spanish from Spain (the original one). Despite all the slang own of every country, we write the Spanish in a good way, as it must be written.
Just let them grow-up and realize that they have to learn how to write propper language... I guess they are really young. I know many people from Centro América that write quite well indeed... It's a matter of time, or interest.. Maybe they just don't want to learn yet...
You will find that some words means different from one country to another, and at the same time, that for some things we have different words from one country to another. But in anyrate, out from the name of the things, verbs and their conjugations should be the same for every Spanish in the world (except us, the Argentinian who conjugate differente for the second person singular).
But you just follow our advices, and learn from us (Istanbulgal, Zahra, Citlalli, Xiurell and I), and you won't regret.![]()
These are a bit long, but I'd appreciate very much if someone could take the time to translate these for me! Thank you!
Tips for Mom
*You may find yourself with a stuffy nose. Nasal congestion and nose bleeds are fairly common during pregnancy. Try using a vaporizer or humidifier to help lessen the symptoms. You continue to feel tired, nauseated, and possibly dizzy and you might even see fainting spells. Making a baby is hard work!
Tips for Dad
*Looking for a way to treat her? Why not fix dinner and offer her a nap in the afternoon? The fatigue of the first trimester is really hard on most women, particularly if they normally are very active. Getting extra rest helps. If a nap isn't possible perhaps you could close the house up for the night while she runs to bed a bit earlier. Or the opposite, you can get everyone up or fix breakfast, allowing her to sleep in for a few minutes. These will be much appreciated.
*Don't worry if she cries at commercials or seemingly for no reason. These are simply hormones. The same ones that might cause her to be more irritable. And if you think it's bad being on the receiving end, let us assure you that it's not very pleasant to feel like your body has been taken over. Again, the good news is that as the placenta matures and begins to take over production
of some of these hormones, mom-to-be feels better.

Nice text!
“If cats looked like frogs we'd realize what nasty, cruel little bastards they are. Style. That's what people remember.” ― Terry Pratchett.
Thank you Citlalli!
This is another letter from my guy friend to his Mexican girl.. Would you mind translating it? I keep telling him (Rob) that maybe if he's feeling this way he should move onbut anyway, here it is!
Sometimes I try to imagine how it must feel to not be with the person you want, but only the person you have. Do you feel like you've just settled because you don't think anyone else is interested in you? I think you are amazing and wonderful and beautiful, I wish you could think the same of me. You said one time that you loved me, but not like you wanted to. What does that mean? It hurts me to think that I'm just a passing interest for you when you are so much more to me.

(*) I have not idea how to translate settle in Spanish in this content.. if it refers to not move more, to not continue looking for a love and stay with the one, it could be "quedado", but it could be too "resignado" (resigned).. not sure...
