Need help with song from late 90's

The song in question is some kind of dance/techno song with what I think are female vocals singing something like, 'you kissed me, an inspiration yeah, because you're my inspiration oooh ooh ooh ooh'. I don't know the artist name and I thought the song name may have been 'Inspiration' but cannot find anything through searching.

I think the song either comes from 1997 or 1998. I know I had it on a cassette tape that had Spice Girls -spice up your life, Underworld - born slippy, N-Trance - if you think I'm sexy, Hot Chocolate You Sexy Thing.

I have exhausted looking through lyrics searches, watching dance music videos from the 90's on youtube, searching through compilation cds from 1997 and 1998, and etc so any help to help me find this song would be brilliant as its been stuck in my head for about two years now.
