identify song by music video

15 years ago I saw music video

1) 2 gangs meeting - ransom/hostage situation, suddenly arrive FBI and police, everybody shoot and run.

2) chase scenes - police capture most of gangsters

3) gangsters sit in police cars (during the transportation to prison) and sing.

Only words I remember is "bad boys"

Maybe someone remember this song.

Are you thinking of the song "Bad Boys" by Inner Circle (Theme music for COPS TV show)?

it's not Inner Circle/Bob Marley/ Alexandra Burke and not soundtrack from Bad Boys movie.

Before ask here I search by song name/by lyrics - those words often use in songs, so i found nothing

Approximately.

I suppose it was 1996, because in the same time on this music channel they all day and night rotate Spice girls - Wannabe

p.s. in music clip song is performed by many people and there no famous stars, gang is
mixed (black/white/boys/ girl)

any suggestion?
