I was in Kohl's the other day.. and I heard a song by a female.. kinda sounding like rock/pop - kinda slowish
Anyway is was about - letting him go and if he comes back then he's yours.
or release him and if he comes come then he really belonged to you..

I've been trying to figure out who sings it for days..
