    Default Song heard at Chipotle

Went to Chipotle yesterday and heard a track that just blew me away. It was a female singer whose voice sounded similar to Santogold/M.I.A/Roisin Murphy however I don't really remember exactly what type of genre the music was. It partially had an electronic/techno feel (as far as the drum beat) but I may be off on that. All I could make out from the lyrics is just a bunch of "la la la" here and there but when it seemed like she was actually singing I couldn't understand anything. I know this is a shot in the dark but whatever. Any ideas?

Nope, not it. Nice try though . The song I'm looking for is not much of a dance song though. More like something you would hear from a movie soundtrack.

Definitely isn't pop either. More of a hard sounding beat to it. Almost as if Crystal Method did the instrumentals to it. It was weird, kinda hard to explain. That's why I was like :0 when when I heard it.

Nope, already found that one and it's not it. Tried for a couple hours last night and no luck. Again I believe I heard some "la la la" but it may not even be what the song is called or even a major part. Could be something totally different. By any chance does anyone know how Chipotle locations play their music? Is it CD? Streaming? I'm going to go back and ask the staff to see if I can get any leads.

Nope. Definitely was not hip hop and it was a female voice the entire time. I'm beginning to think this is a lost cause.

Naw, not ATC either lol. These tracks sound too mainstream. What I heard is probably more obscure. May be wrong though. I did a lot of searching on songs with "la la la" and have come up with many of the results that have been posted before. I'm starting to think that "la la la" may be steering us in the wrong direction however. Sucks that I couldn't make out any of the actual lyrics. Now I don't even recollect the melody. It's like mission impossible... except harder .

Not a girl but you might have thought it was: LMFAO - La La La
Maybe you should make a list of the songs you have already checked so they aren't suggested again.

Not it . Tbh what has been mentioned is basically all what I've found. Done some extra searching on Fatboy Slim, Crystal Method, Chemical Brother, Propellerheads, and Prodigy listening to some of their latest stuff and no luck either. Granted I didn't listen to every single song they've made. I'm assuming that the track was made in the last few years because it sounded like something modern. Did a search on artists similar to Santogold/M.I.A and that was fruitless. Also went through some Nelly Furtado tracks because I thought it could be her but it didn't help. Mostly just searching by genres and artists that come to mind. Not even bothering with the "la la la" stuff anymore.

Also the Chipotle site has a radio app and I occasionally check out the songs that they are playing to see if I hear any similar sounding music.
