Oh no dear, madani is just a softer way, they're the same words, but read differently, so

أنا زهقان
Madani would say: أنا زهأن
Falahi/Gazawi would say: أنا زهجان

You just have to read the letter q stronger like a ga sound

Its easier to write it in phonetics because then you can see how to pronounce it, for instance, in arabic you would write أنا زهقان even if you read it differently So what I wrote above, zah2an, zahgan, is incorrect arabic, I was just showing you the pronounciation

Madani turns all ق letters into Hamza
While Fala7i will turn it into ك
Gazzawi into Egyptian ج
Fla7i and Gazzawi will say for this هذا they will spell it as هاظ and for the word that ذلك they will spell it as هظاك this kaf is kind of thick one
While madani will say هاد for this
and هداك for that
