    Hi, everyone.
I believe I get the meaning of the song but still there are two things I'm not sure about:
    - χέρια - servants?
    - Ποιας νοσταλγίας φωτιά - What does this construction mean? The fire of God knows what nostalgia?

    Θα'ναι η γη

Talking Thank god I remembered this one !

This song is a pray to Mediterranean sea and its people.

    Laborers, waiters, kitchen's staff

The lyrics are talking about the kind of jobs, Mediterranean people, used to
occupy, during their emigration in America (usually the North one).

Ποιας νοσταλγίας φωτιά = Is talking about the nostalgic desire about the
emigrants' homeland and the Mediterranean that set a fire inside them
    during that night.

We have to notice the difference of the last chorus btw, which is:

"Gilgamesh, where are you hurrying to?
You will never find that life for which you are looking.
When the gods created man they allotted to him death,
but life they retained in their own keeping"

    Thank you, Amethystos!
Yes, I've heard the change in the last chorus.
About ποιάς νοσταλγίας, I believe I've heard similar constructions before with ποιός but I don't understand how they are used and what shade of meaning they convey. I guess I should have asked that in the Learn Greek section.
