I have broken my wrist , I have a hairline fracture in my wrist , its my right hand so it makes it harder as I am right handed !! I fell over near my house in the rain and smashed my head off the wall when i fell and obviosly broke my wrist

And then is "don't lose it". No la pierdas ? 'It' being una nota.

I don't want to let go = no te quiero dejar ir (let go to that person)
or no quiero soltarme

don't lose it= No la pierdas = yes correct

Actually the correct spelling is Pinturas . And Pinturas refers more to Paintings not Picutres.
