Encima de la mesa siempre estan muchas cosas; papeles, boligrafos, revistas. Es libros esta siempre en la estanteria. El ordenador esta en un mueble especial, a la izquierda de la mesa. Al lado del ordenador, en la pared de la izquierda, hay una foto de mi familia y debajo de la foto, hay una planta muy bonita.

Sucia- dirty
Divertida- funny
Aburrida- boring
Industrial- industrial
Turistica- tourist(ic)
En el interior- inland/ inside
En la costa- on the coast/seaside
Norte- north
Noreste/nordeste- northeast
Noroeste- northwest

You mean the difference between "noreste" and "nordeste"? There's none really, they are just different forms of saying the same; just like saying "Sudamérica" or "Suramérica" -same place, same term, different spelling

La vivienda que desea comprar el espanol medio es un piso que mide entre 80 y 100 metros cuadrados (y que no cuesta mas de 130.000 euros) Para el, la situacion es muy importante: la prefiere cerca de su centro de trabajo y bien comunicada.

Tiene 2, 3 o 4 dormitorios (depende del tipo de familia), un salon-comedor muy grande, cocina y bano. Los suelos del salon y de los dormitorios son de parque, las bentanas tienen doble cristal, y las puertas exteriores e interiores son de madera.
