its a girl singing (sounds like she may have an accent) says hello hello alot thru the song.

few lyrics i remember "say i love, i really really love you

it has a cool beat to it. i cant find this anywhere. i had the song on a cassette tape ( yeah its that old). any help from anyone. PLEASE
