Penguins in love

hi everybody,
could some of you please tell me how they wold say "penguins in love" (female penguins, if there is any difference) in Arabic, and how they would say "penguins that suffer from cold"?????
It would be very nice of you if you could write it i Arabic and then explain me the way it is pronounced.
