Default Final lyric: "Groovy", frequently played guitar riff.

I have heard this song probably eight times in the last eight years or so. It has a driving guitar riff which I will try to upload a recording which mimics it, however I can list the notes of the riff for now:
    With E as the 1st: A A A (rest) F# F# (second bar G G G (rest) EE

I heard it a few weeks ago in a restaurant but couldn't hear any lyrics because it was too loud! So I rushed into the quiet bathroom to hear the very last word of the whole song: "Groovy!"

I have heard this song played many times; at baseball games, in bar and grill type restaurants, and on TV show trailers. The guitar is very much rock guitar, and is sort of a staple of pump-up music.

To anyone who may be able to help; thank you so much. Just take a brief listen or try to play the riff as I outlined it and see if it rings a bell. If you too find this familiar but don't know the name, post to get the thread more views and I higher chance of someone having the correct song.

Unfortunately it is neither. Thanks very much for the help guys! I know it is extremely challenging to finnd based on the minimal information I gave. It sounds like it could be a 90's or 80's song, but I don't want to reduce it to that because it is possible it could end up coming out of the earlier era.

FOUND IT AFTER 10 YEARS OF LOOKING! I appreciate the help you guys gave me. The songs helped give me the right idea: look on Amazon through all of the "stadium rock" albums. Eventually was looking at this album: http://www.amazon.com/Presents-Stadi...f=cm_lmf_tit_1 and found out it was called:

"Start the Commotion" by the Wiseguys . Here it is on Youtube http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lMclGDkhDn0. I guess I was correct with the guy that says "Groovy!" at the end, but it is very random and was sort of a useless lyrics that got people thinking of other songs. Sorry about that.
