Please I have a Persian song I want someone to translate it to English

با اينکه رفته اما هنوزم، از درد عشقش دارم مي سوزم
فکر و خيالش همش باهامه، هر جا که مي رم جلو چشامه

اما نمي شه راهي نداره، نمي تونم من طاقت بيارم

I want to bear and tolerate her being away
اما نمي شه راهي نداره، نمي تونم من طاقت بيارم
But I can not

and what does "كسم" means?

I do not know how explain
"کَس" in Farsi has different meaning but here it means yokefellow and close friend , and "کَسم" means my yokefellow and my close friend
And here "تنها کَسُم" means the only one that I have in my life

I have had this song since more than six months and I listen and read its words in Persian but I don't understand "what he is talking about" {hahahhahaha}.

I like Persian to much and I think it's not difficult it has the same letters of Arabic, but it's more awesome than Arabic.

I went to Iran once and I hope to repeat it.
