First of all let me tell you the only lyrics I can remember; it goes
"down down down down, down down down down...down" a little beat here and then a woman singing "woew!"

Then there's the videoclip if that might help. There's this girl dancing around all the time, in the streets on a beach, and one of them red phonebooths you see in England flying around... :s

I think it was published between 1999 - 2001 but it could be older

Could it possibly be something like "Don't Bring Me Down". Seems to me it went something like "Cause I told you before, Before you walk out that door, Don't bring me down. . . . Down down down down down....Oooooh WEEE Oooooh." But I might be thinking of an altogether different song than you're wanting.

Sorry 'bout my ignorance. I 'm older than dirt and new to this computer stuff. My kids make fun of me. That's okay. Anyway, I looked up the song I was thinking of, and while it's probably not the same one they're looking for - the one I was thinking of is definitely called "Don't Bring Me Down" and it is sung by Electric Light Orchestra, aka ELO.
