Ok, so this is a bit of an odd request. I want to know the name of a certain song from the TV show Rocko's Modern Life, episode "Teed Off". Below is a link on youtube:

The relevent song 9:06 with the memorable part starting at 9:43.

If that link is unavailable, it is the heoric wartime fanfare song that plays as Heffer flies his lawnmower to drop that ball in the hole near the end of the episode. The scene itself is a parody of Spielberg's movie "1941", though the movie doesn't use that piece. I know I have heard it elsewhere, but cannot remember where.

The name of that music in question is "Reach for the Stars". It has also been heard on Ren and Stimpy (usually associated with Powdered Toastman) and the SpongeBob episode "Help Wanted".
