This is the song text in Arabic (with some mistakes).
The dialect, I would assume, is Syrian Arabic.

Syrian is really not on my dialects' repertoire, so I would like to delegate it.
If, however, no one should translate it, I will try: It looks quite simple at first glance.

Edit:
I would assume that, since the song is Syrian, the dance could also be of Syriac origin.
The song is called "Rmeit Shalha [Fog El Ba7r]" meaning "She threw her scarf [into (literally: on top of) the sea]".

Or, actually, I found out, that the song is called "El Ka7laweyyah" (meaning: The Darkness > referring to the kohl on a girl's eyes) and is sung by Jad Hamidoush

This is one of the Syrian accents .. [which I don't really find it pure Syrian]
In Syria, each city has got a different accent..
They speak like that in some cities as Lattakia and some villages, and also they dance like that there..

If every arab would write using the tashkil now prolly i would be speaking cursiv arabic
What i can say The orient is Mystery and you like to keep your language a secret,you don't wanna the foreigners to learn your language thats why you don;t write the Tashkils JK:P

NNA for life, if that was (also) directed to me: Yes, I like to show the long/short pronunciations and I tend to try avoiding numbers for emphatic consonants, because "9" can mean "Qaf" or "Sad", if "9" is "Qaf" then "6" is "Sad", if not "6" is "Ta'", so there is lots and lots of ambiguity.

And I, myself, learnt Arabic by ... listening to music. Though maybe not quite too successfully, I must admit.
It's manageable, but takes some getting used to vowelless scripture.
