in iraqi ,when we say fidwa , theres 2 using of it :
1. we use it as the word : please , for eg: fidwa la t3ofni wa7di = please don't leave me alone
2. also can be use as for the sake of ... for eg: fidwa li 3eounj el 7lween = for the sake of your beautiful eyes

yes exactly .. and not only for marriage , it could be used as the reply to the congratulations for any happy occasions like marriage , graduation , success in work , receiving an award ...etc

ok this is somewhat difficult for me because its moroccan dialect .. but i will try to do it

in this instance, its used to give you puase, to show that ur going to say something big important..

and how do u say WHATEVER. for example someone is telling u i went to the cinema and then u say whatever goes u dont care he went to cinema
