It is not a stupid question at all yes you are right you need to change it so it becomes:

Lol no worries we'll help you edit it to male gender this is egyptian dialect, a bit different from tunisian but I think tunisians have no problems understanding most of it. As for the numbers, they are the correct version, but most non natives aren't aware of the sounds they represent so make do with dashes or just letters. Let me know if you don't know what they mean
