I need a translation plzzz of the two sentence :

- bi7e2elo yghar chou 2ente 7abe w 7abtein

he has the right to change.. there is no difference between you and others

it's a flattering sentence means the place is beautiful because (someone) is here
and literaly the place is beautiful because someone is decorating it...

plz help me

This place became more beautiful because some one cam and 'decorated' it

He has the right to be jealous you are not '7abe w 7abtein'=something not useful
