What is translation of fare un piacere & fare profession in English?

"Fare un piacere" is "do sb. a favour".
By "fare una professione" I suppose you mean something like "fare il medico, il giornalista..." and it's "to be a doctor, a reporter...".

How would you translate these? Lyrics "way behind"? And is "stare buoni" always translated as "being quiet" or can it mean something else? Thanks

Stare buoni means only "to be quiet, to be silent".
