Yes, correct.
It has two meanings:
- The first one is to distinguish the owner of the pronoun, like
ذهبت وإياه إلى السوق
And from the Holy Qoran:
"إيّاك نعبد وإيّاك نستعين"
"وقضى ربك إلا تعبدوا إلا إياه وبالوالدين إحسانا"
صدق الله العظيم

- And the other meaning to give warnig, and has the meaning of حاذر
إيّاك واللعب في الشارع
إيّاكم ورفاق السوء (Be aware form bad friends)
