If u know the meaning of la-... so of course you'll be able to get ta-... because they have the same meaning
1.It means "so"
badde nam ta fee2 el sob7 bakeer = I want to sleep so I wake up early in morning

2.Here it means "till" (7atta in Syrian)
ra7 eb2a dawwer ta la2ih = I'll keep searching till I find him

because it says: i was ,but as you said kan 3andi it means i have.

kan 3andi = I had

ياما has 3 meanings, depends on pronunciation, the 3 meanings r often (if pronounced yaama) or oh mom (if pronounced yamma) or an expression said when u get scared (if pronounced yamma too)

بقديش قلك المسجل means how much is the cassette player he told u?

word 5'add خَدّ =cheek

so it means like on your cheek
