mabrook actually means congratulations so I don't know if that's what you were aiming for.. anyways regarding the other terms:

well done - a7sant (m)/ a7santi (fem)
good job - tamam or shoghl tamam
keep working - estamer (m)/ estameri (fem)
bravo - bravo is also used among and understood by all Arabs including Egyptian
