My guess

root ش+غ+ل=shaghala(howa yeshsghal) it means "to occupy,to keep busy"

ex:

This expression you will find in most of the songs with word شغل

Ente shaghaltele baale=You have got me worried(literally .you have preoccupied/kept busy) my mind
