I try to use that kind of slang as less as possible, it's terrible, sometimes I can't really understand what they want to say in their messages, they seem to be written in another language! Anyway, I can try to write something about it, if you need help!

Acronyms like IMHO, ROTFL, W.TF, LOL, LMAO, OMG, BTW are very common even in italian.
Others:
CMQ= comunque (anyway)
NN= non (not)
CN= con (with)
DV= devo (i must) or dove (where)
XCHE' (or more common XKE') = perchè (why/ because)
TV(T)B= ti voglio (tanto) bene (i love you)
KE= che (that/what)
KI= chi (who)
BN = bene (good/ fine)
TT= tutto/ tutti (all)
GG= giorno (day)
XCIO' = perciò (therefore)
XO'= però (but)
X = per (for)
BLL= bello (beautiful)
CM= come (how/ such as)
NNT= niente (nothing)

This is all I know about this argument...and I think that for me is enough!
As you see "ch" is replaced with a "k". Sometimes, even the simple "c" is replaced with a "k", though I really can't imagine why.
A phrase like "vado a casa perchè non mi sento tanto bene" (I go home because I'm not feeling very well) becomes "vd a kasa xkè nn mi sento tnt bn", or some similar horror.
Sometimes you can even see "V" replaced with "W", or"ss" with a "x". In such cases as these, well..."abandon all hope ye who enter here"

Come si fa?

and

Come stai?

Come stai? means "how are you?"
Come si fa? means "how do you do/make it? or How can/could you make it?

Come si fa a essere così stupidi?! - How could someone be so stupid?!
Come si fa a riparare il tetto? - How do I (can I) repair the roof?
Come si fa il tiramisu? - How do you prepare tiramisu?

QST (questo/quest)i= this/ these
XKE (perchè) = why/because
QSTE (queste) = these (feminine)
