Hello! I'm glad I've discovered these forums and that there are other people out there like me who hear songs in shops and just can't find out what they are!
This past weekend it kept happening, and one of the songs I heard was in the big H & M in Buchanan Street, Glasgow. There was actually more than one song (so if anyone has the current playlist that would be great!), but this was the only one I could remember...although I don't remember much!
It was quite an upbeat pop kind of song, I think it had a little piano tune throughout, followed by "woah woah" or "ooh oh oh", something like that! The only line I can really remember was something like "you don't listen to a single word she says"...that was the last line of the chorus, the words may not be perfect though! It was like she was talking to a guy about his girlfriend or something...The singer was female and I'm sure she sounded American...she actually sounded a bit like Britney Spears but I don't think it was her, it didn't really sound like her kind of song!
If anyone can work out what it is with my minimal clues then please let me know! I might go back soon to see if I can hear it again, and hear more words, but some of them were quite difficult to work out!
Thanks for your help!
